Partial Ocean View Condo in Center of Kailua Kona

My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Lanai faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

If you want to stay in we have a full kitchen including a fridge, oven, cook top, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and even a rice cooker.

There is a 3 guest maximum in my property, We have a king sized bed in the Bedroom and a 12 inch inflatable twin bed (it is actually quite comfortable).

A wonderful home away from home!

Laury was super communicative, and their apartment is centrally located (walking distance to the shops around town) with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped with beach, kitchen, and entertainment stuff - you name it. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great little beach condo

The property is clean, tidy, and has a great location. Nice amenities and a fair price for the quality of accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to many bars and eateries. Assigned parking was a great asset for this place. Easy check in and straightforward instructions.

Kona week

The condo was clean and comfortable. The view was pretty good, exactly what the manager said was a partial view of the water. Coffee on the Lani every morning was very relaxing and pleasant.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay with Laury. Instructions were great, check in easy. Condo was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. There were a couple of small coolers and some beach gear that we borrowed. No complaints, great little place to spend a few days. Would stay here again!

Great location

Easy walk to town. Host is there quickly if you need anything. Unit is well equipped. Dedicated parking space is a plus. We'll be back.

Perfect for walking to town .. pool is shaded most of the day so cold (lol)which could go either direction refreshing or oh my! Small ocean view which was very nice to watch the cruise ships come and go. Confusing directions for bedroom tv but did figure it out, very comfy bed! No dishwasher or laundry, coin op downstairs..

Perfect for us!

We had a great experience staying here. The bed was very comfortable, and it made us feel like we were at home. Very quiet property, we never heard neighbors above, under or, beside us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, appreciated the little extras

The partial ocean view between church steeples from the balcony was delightfully serene as the light changed throughout the day. The condo was comfortably furnished and airy with a nice breeze between the ocean side and mountain windows. With the ceiling fans and windows open, we were quite comfortable and didn't need to use the AC. And as a bonus, it was well stocked for meal prep. and adventures. We had all we needed to relax on shore and in the water, including beach towels and mat, folding chairs, a thermos for extra water, and two snorkels. Plus, the TV was connected to the internet, and there was a cushiony yoga mat for keeping up my exercise routine. The coin operated laundry was easy to use and only needed one cycle to dry. My only regret is that we didn't make time to enjoy the onsite pool - looked relaxing, but too many things to see around the Big Island. The host was very responsive and kind to us. I would definitely return again!

Perfect in every way

Walking distance to pretty much everything you would need, restaurants, coffee, beach and cute shops and ice cream. It had all the necessities in the kitchen. I really liked how open and spacious it felt. We spent our meals on the patio which was facing the beach, and of course the sunset view

Perfect for what we wanted

We really just wanted a place to sleep after days of vacationing in Kona, and this was a comfortable place to do that. The rental was well stocked but we didn’t use any of it - too busy eating at the restaurants nearby to bother cooking for ourselves.

Lovely stay in historic Kailua village

We enjoyed our stay in Laury’s condo, fully equipped with everything we needed to self-cater, enjoy the beach, and walk to restaurants and shops. View from the lanai is lovely place to sit and read, watch the ocean, relax with a drink. Would stay again, great base to explore the island. Regarding other reviews, it’s true you can hear arterial traffic from back side, but close those doors and windows to block most of it (it didn’t bother us city dwellers) and the ocean side is quiet. Also, to manage expectations, the pool is tiny, good for a quick plunge with half dozen deck chairs/loungers, so if poolside lounging is important go elsewhere.
