Rooms were spacious and clean, the maids were friendly and very sweet. Arrived Sunday, room #1, was comfortable, quiet with a great view of the bay and ocean. Monday morning 9:30 am we returned to our room with unbearably loud jack hammer noises & construction right underneath our accommodation we complained & were moved to a handicapped room #2, on the 7th floor of another wing of the hotel over looking the parking lot & the entrance to the hotel with service truck noise etc. First morning in that room some cookies on the table were "covered" with ants, we reported and asked for another room. Room #3 first floor facing the kids pool, great view with constant all day pool noise, we love kids but not what we had in mind. We gave up. The water in the morning had to run for 45 minutes to get hot for a shower, we had to buy our own hand soap and shower soap, they supplied something in a tube for hands and the shower gel was slimy and hard to wash off. We will not be back.
