An expansive private lanai comes furnished for luxe outdoor living and the gas grill sets the stage for a luau-style barbecue. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, and two inflatable paddleboards are also provided for island excursions. A convenient outdoor shower is equipped for rinsing off after trips to the beach.

Designed for family gatherings, the interior features a spacious, open layout and a stylish updated design. The gorgeous kitchen boasts sparkling counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances equipped for home cooking, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's seating for three at the breakfast bar and the beautiful, carved wood dining table can accommodate up to four for indoor meals. The picnic bench-style dining table on the lanai is ready to host al fresco meals. Relax and restore in one of four bedrooms (the fourth bedroom is in the loft above the garage). Mini-split air-conditioners. and ceiling fans offers cooling comfort throughout the home while free WiFi and a private washer/dryer cover the modern must-haves.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
