This gorgeous top floor corner, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has incredible features. Right when you walk in, it's got the WOW effect!
Being completely remodeled, notable features include: Luxurious Plush Carpeting, Granite countertops, New cabinetry, and a fully remodeled bathroom that has a walk in shower.

Centrally located with easy access via Walua Rd to Kuakini Hwy and all parts of the west side. Don’t get stuck in the traffic on Alii each day if you like to explore widely. This is great basecamp for people who want to adventure widely exploring the best places of Hawaii during the day and then enjoy a short walk or drive to go out to eat or shop in the evening.

5 minute walk to Honl’s beach to relax in the sand, boogie board or watch the Kona sunsets.

8 minute walk to Island Lava Java oceanfront restaurant and many more along Alii Drive in town. Their house MaiTai and French press Kona coffee are both excellent. No need to drive or park for a night out on the town.

Designed with a modern clean aesthetic that is beautiful and very functional. The furniture is comfortable. The condo is set up for ease and easy enjoyment. You can chill on the comfortable couch and enjoy some Netflix before bed.

High end kitchen that might inspire you to cook or feel free to just sit at the island counter and enjoy its beauty and clean lines.

Northeast corner condo on the top floor gets nice morning light coming in through the big east balcony windows for coffee / breakfast time at the new dining table. Cool and shady the rest of the day - this is nice in warm sunny Hawaii. :)

On the 3rd and top floor. There is no elevator but it's a nice gentle open air staircase. The top floor is the best... quieter than lower floors, better breezes and nice views out toward the ocean from the breezeway.

Fast 200 mbps cable wifi internet and Roku connected TV to stream video on the big screen.

Air Conditioning is available and you might not want to use it... Open the tall louvered screened windows and big screen balcony door to let in the island breeze, natural light, bird song in tall palms right outside and the smell of the ocean. Love.

Nice place but I didn’t appreciated to complete a form of 18 pages to book it and the obligation to pay for an insurance… And, I killed 2 cockroach ! But the condo was clean and well equipped !

Good value for the money

Location is within walking distance from shops and restaurants. There’s no elevator, manage your luggage size and weight if you stay here. The property is on the 3rd floor . Washer and dryer inside the unit. 2 ceiling fans help to distribute the cooler air inside temperature, AC is available but without those fans, the AC will not be sufficient to feel comfortably. ( to my temperature preference). Well-maintained property and grounds. Clean and has all basic kitchen needs. The only thing that I was not a fan of was a smell inside the bathroom. It smelled like a dingy old building. Even though the bathroom itself upgraded and cleaned. I loved the birds chirping and they chirped from sun down to sunrise. It’s adding a peaceful and relaxing feeling when I walked the grounds.

Quiet Space with Modern Amenities & Appreciation of Nature

This was a perfect condo. It felt more like home than most condos. Everything was clean & well organized. The shower was unbelievably nice... so many shower heads! Shopping & Restaurants are within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Condo

Great little condo within walking distance of downtown Kona. Condo was furnished with everything you could need and was well maintained. Property managers were great to work with: had an issue with the coffee pot and they had it replaced the same day.

Overall stay was awesome. A few things I wish we knew no elevator for older couple not easy carrying things up and down stairs! Pictures made it look like pool was just outside of unit. It took us a few days to realize where it was. The pool needs to be maintained better. The unit was very nice. Didn’t really utilize kitchen equipment except microwave but very nice .

High value stay

Remodel was very well done. Impressive Kitchen Aid appliances, loved the microwave. The condo makes you feel at home, very nicely done with pleasing decor. Dishes, coffee maker and coach all top s, owner provided a up scale setting.

Luxury kitchen and near heart of town. Perfect! We visit Hawaii regularly and the Big Island really does have the best weather and National Park bonus. So close to great restaurants shops and beaches. Farmer’s Market was perfect for purchasing fresh fruit and island veggies. Free trolley available as well for getting around.

Great unit and location

This condo was very well appointed, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed comfortable. There were beach chairs and lots of towels and an air mattress with extra bedding if needed. We had nice sunset views from the front balcony and it was a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops.

The location is everything. 5 minute walk to the main strip. 3 minute walk to Honi’s beach.

Overall this condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is secluded and private. Very nice bbq area. Very close walking to dining, shopping and the beach. Communication with management was very easy. Will absolutely recommend and stay again.

Wow! I don’t think you can find better!

Very happy I found this place. Everything about it was great. The location is perfect, just sort walk from town and the beach. The unit itself is spectacular. Clean and very comfortable, everything seems brand new, beautiful kitchen and bathroom. The air conditioner was great, the info book was very helpful. The only downside was that I had to leave!

Great location

This condo is not far from the coastwalk and beach. Pace yourself somewhat because after the walk back uphill you gotta climb 3 flights of stairs so rent a floatation device (like boogie boards) or fins to save your energy.

Great location

Condo was a great studio/ 1 bedroom, very clean and updated with gas range kitchen, washer/ dryer. A great landing spot for our two week stay with easy reserved parking and walking distance to most everything in town (restaurants & shopping). The only thing I missed was outdoor space- no lanai for my morning coffee. The only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars!

The location is very convenient. All the appliances, amenities and furnishings are top quality, inclusive and functional. Added bonus was a large 4K TV with sound bar, Roku and very good internet service. The internet started out rather spotty but once I rebooted modem and router the service worked flawlessly and fast. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. There were a couple of cons: 1) all week with the exception of a couple of days there was plumbing renovation going on in the condo facilities. A few times the noise they made was so unbearable; 2) There are no windows (except at lanai which has sliding glass door), only screens and louvre shudders, which means all the outside noise from neighbors, passing vehicles, wildlife and nature can be heard. This includes the area of the bedroom, above the bed. So at times we were awakened by various noises.

Lovely condo for a stay in Kona

We were very impressed with the unit itself, as it was everything as described in the posting. It also was very well stocked with everything we may need in the kitchen, and especially loved the water and ice maker on the fridge. The suite came with laundry facilities, but no soap was provided and only two rolls of toilet paper, so we pretty quickly had to take a walk to the ABC Store (which is nearby). It was a short walk to the dive shop where we were taking some courses and there were plenty of restaurants close by as well. The bed was VERY comfortable and as I have bad back issues, so we were very happy with that. Communication with the property manager was great and not so great. Before we arrived we wrote asking for extra pillows (due to my back issue I sometimes need to sleep sitting up) and were told they couldn't do anything for us. However when we arrived, there were plenty of pillows (that apparently are always there) and felt that could have been communicated to us. I did pack 3 pillows in my suitcases to ensure I could sleep comfortably, and it turns out they weren't needed. Would have rather used that extra space in my luggage for other things. The great communication we had was when there was some scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our building, we were advised of a start and end time with regular emails, however when it didn't end when advised (no gas for stove for several days and no water for one day) we contacted the property management company and they were excellent in dealing with our concerns and rectifying the situation to our satisfaction. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend that others do also. Added bonus is that it was a very lovely quiet unit, the only "noise" we heard really was the birds and geckos. Love it.

The condo was small but adequate. The one disappointment was that the lanai was not meant for use to sit out there. The king bed and awesome shower made up for that though! The pool was always clean as was the bbq area. Location was great

Kona getaway

As shown on our review, we thought highly of this property. Good location, clean, updated. There were a couple maintenance items; sunscreen did not operate and the rainfall showerhead was not functioning, so we contacted the maintenance person. He looked the items over and we agreed that neither were "have to do now items" so he would work on them after our stay. Overall we were pleased with the rental.
