Lovely, spacious 2 bedroom+loft and 2 bathroom condo on Fazio golf course. This is a ground floor entry unit. Tastefully furnished. Screened-in lanai. Window air conditioning in both bedrooms. WIFI. Smart TV in living room and master bedroom. Ceramic tile flooring throughout condo. Laundry center for your added convenience. Well appointed kitchen. Wheelchair accessible and close proximity to pool and BBQ area. Free parking located right in front of the unit. Perfect place for your home away from home. All linens and towels are provided.


Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Nice Quiet Area

Great location; could use a refresh

The location of this place, and the general area, are excellent. North Shore is so fun, having the hotel right there is great. The place itself is a little worn. Screens off hinges, loud A/C units, minimal amenities and rough beds. If you want value, I suppose this is it, but overall it came up a bit short for us.

Great place

Great place to stay with plenty of room. Glad to bring the family here. Towels and kitchen were stocked well. Would've been nice if the kitchen had salt and pepper and there was more stock of toilet paper and paper towels. Overall still had a wonderful stay.

Nice gem in north shore

It was a nice place. Not enough toiletries for a long stay. Other than that, I def recommend if you’re interested in staying in north shore area.

The towels were new, but sheets need replacing (also mentioned in a note left by a former renter). The downstairs bed needs to be fixed and it would have been nice to have more supplies for 5 people.

Improvements needed

Check-in was difficult since the code to the gate was the wrong number. We notified the person on call but received an answer the next morning. We finally found a security person who helped let us in.We felt the living room should have more seating, the toilet seat on the main floor was cracked and the pots and pans need to be replaced. There were no kitchen necessities like salt and pepper or oil. Main floor bedroom had only one set of bath towels.

Unit needs a redo. Not very comfortable couch/living room chairs, old appliances, dirty baseboards. Sheets with pills on them. Old, stained toilet seats. Old kitchen and beach towels. Ceiling fans had caked on dust. Could be a really nice place but needs some work.

The sleeping area in the loft got quite warm and the ceiling fan clanked loudly. No way to adjust the speed on it. Had to use a different portable fan for any relief. Using the clothes dryer vents the exhaust air up onto the loft area, which made the discomfort worse. Otherwise stay was quite satisfactory.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start out by saying this place is beautiful and clean. There’s ac units in the 2 rooms and main living area downstairs. But now for the bad: no other amenities were provided really besides a very tiny bar of soap in each bathroom. Everything was extremely rationed out from the toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and cloth washing pods. No beach gear of any kind was provided. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash either. And what I really didn’t appreciate was no kitchen seasonings whatsoever like salt and pepper. The kitchen utensils and devices were old and some broken like only large knife which looked like someone had used it to try and open a coconut and left it with broken teeth. We left what supplies we could and hope they will leave it for the next guest. The place just seemed to be run more as a business than a vacation rental.

Directions were tricky finding the right Door/building. #112 is the trick, not 57-110 that's for the area of town and address of the resort. Locals would know I guess. Great location between everything in North Shore and Turtle Bay. 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk to resort and resort beaches. Place needs some work. Back door broken, ACs ok for bedrooms, but not main room. Hot water is in short supply if everyone is getting ready at the same time. Overall a little outdated...

Reviewer Comments: North Shore is an amazing place and this is perfectly situated to visit the east and west side of the island equal distance to Waikiki no matter what direction of travel so you can experience it all. The condo was clean and comfortable with only 2 minor things to note. The AC's are window units and only 2, one in each bedroom, none in the loft or living space. Also, we wanted to cook dinners so we bought stuff to oven bake only to realize there is not one pan that is oven safe, no foil either. We had to cook on the oven only. Very private unit, close parking spot, close to the pool and a block from the golfs bar and grill if needed.
