"Loved our vacation rental at Turtle Bay. Easy check in, clean condo, and great location. The property is in a beautiful location on the North Shore close to the best beaches, places to eat, PCC and away from the craziness of Waikiki. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. Had AC and ceiling fans. Washer and Dryer. The choice of 3 pools. They have boogie boards and beach chairs. Would definitely stay there again."

"The property is located about 10-20 mins from some awesome beaches in the North Shore. Snorkeling was awesome at PupuKea Beach. Waimea Bay was great for a family beach day. Waimea Valley is great for the waterfall and garden scenery, both Waimea locations took us about 20-30 mins from the condo because of traffic. Food trucks to the south were great, we loved getting our daily fresh smoothies at Tina's and the breakfast at Da Bald Guy was ONO (amazing.) Lots of options to meet everyone's...

"The location was great, close to the beach and wonderful places to eat. The condo was clean and had all the things we could need. It slept 5 comfortably and left us wanting for nothing. We will definitely be staying here again."

There were some delayed responses but not about anything that was critically important that would have impacted the quality of our stay. The furniture and flooring could use some updates. The AC units work, but they draw air from outside via ducts so the setup is a bit clunky but works. It was great to have laundry washer and dryer on site in the unit which was convenient. "Positives: Plenty of room. Location is a short 10 minute walk to beach access and hotel resort. Resort has several restaurants. Golf course is 5 minute walk. Condo property manager is on-site. Response time of owner was good. Well stocked with kitchenware and beach toys. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pools with poolside barbecue grills. Good to have washer/dryer in unit.Negatives: Loft AC is not adequate. It was hot even with the windows open and two fans plus the ceiling fans going....
