"The apartment was very good but to check-in I needed to phone for the instructions to be released as they had not been by 3.30pm. And later there was a noisy party at the adjacent apartment with teenagers all over the place wandering around. It felt a bit threatening to be honest. The upside was I could walk to the place I booked this place for, but next time I will look elsewhere as it was overpriced."

"The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster. All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. "We had a fantastic stay at Serenity 88! From the moment we arrived, Gaylia was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and attentive. "This property has everything needed for a stay away from home. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking if anyone wants to. A small shopping centre is only minutes away and has the best fish and chip shop. There is a little sofa bed in the living area that has a trampoline base. It is so comfortable. I had a few questions for the host and he answered promptly every time. If I had to stay in Ipswich again I would check the vacancy for this place first. "

"I visited with my mother and aunt for a girls weekend away and the location to gallery walk made this the perfect place to stay. Parking was easy and the accomodation had everything required to make us comfortable. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant downstairs for dinner and it was lovely."
