Escape to our immaculately maintained home boasting 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Relax by the screened pool, fire up the BBQ, and soak in the tranquil surroundings. This property features the following:

As your host, I'll be available from 9AM-9PM seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that we are not a hotel.

The entire property is private.

To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay we require a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation. .

Please note that the pool is not heated and all the TVs must be morrred or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.

Other things to note

**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

** We have a front door security camera. It's recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.
