"We loved everything about our stay at Pickle and Perk - the cozy and inviting atmosphere both indoor and out, the thoughtful accommodations, delicious coffee and fresh farm-to-table style homemade breakfast downstairs, and of course, the wonderful hosts. Hands down, the best rental we have ever stayed in. Stephanie and Dave have done an amazing job with this place and have gone out of their way to make it a special and unforgettable experience. We will be back for sure and can't wait!"

"The apt. was extremely clean and comfortable.The pillows were amazing and the view from the living room was so cool looking over the courtyard and very quiet street.The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you could imagine to create a gourmet meal(cute pink fridge). The lighted mirror was a plus in the bathroom, so was the washer/dryer and walk-in shower. Pickle & Perk cafe downstairs was a clencher, the best cappuccino in the USA and breakfast and lunch items were all delicious.We...

"My son stayed there (as a gift from me) with some of his fellow 2025 highschool graduates. So I cant give personal witness. It is now 12:30pm on (11am) check out day.. hes now back in our area and I called him to ask (if he cleaned up and did his dishes etc…? for one) but also to ask how it was was it good “yes” and “thank you, again” that’s about it (which is his normal teenage hard to get a rise of excitment out - verbally) and what simple yes I personally know to equal - an unspoken- OMGosh...

"Five stars is easy when everything is perfect. Five stars is impressive when there's trouble. There were some technical problems when we arrived but the host was able to resolve the for us. We had a lovely stay. So, if you want gorgeous views and a lovely cottage and the assurance of a helpfuln host, then look no farther! "

"Beautiful property. Our family loved having the open farmland to run around and pool was great. The house was clean and very nice with everything you may need. Host was quickly responsive with any issues."

"An adorable property with everything we needed in the kitchen. Including tea and coffee. Everything for the bbq and fire pit were also on site which was nice. A stack of games and Netflix available. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for 8 adults. Quick communication from the owner. Watch your step from the laundry into the kitchen. It took a few of us out. We had a lovely stay and were sad to leave. "This is a wonderful place to get away from it all and just enjoy nature and the company of the people you are traveling with. Bird watchers will especially love the barn willows, red headed woodpeckers, blue grosbeak, Bobwhite, and more. Stores and the historic downtown of Saint Genevieve are just a short drive away. Along with many wineries."

"Everything was perfect! This was easily the most convenient, clean and comfortable home we've rented. Walking distance within a great little Mexican restaurant, a dollar general and an ATM right across the street...but still felt private and secluded. "My three old friends and I had a relaxing, peaceful weekend in this beautiful cabin in the woods. Only the sounds of nature accompanied us as we sat around the fire pit and reminisced. When we first arrived we found out from the owner they’d been made aware of the hot water heater not working as it should.
