"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

"The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours. Food was good with enough variety. "Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. "Amazing Resort, gorgeous accom quiet, food yummy, beautiful beach, staff friendly and helpful. Loved every moment. Would return in a flash ❤️"

"We had the best time on our honeymoon. The staff was really lovely throughout. The property is beautiful if a little tired on the edges. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. It would be great if it had a little more vibe - maybe some Cafe del Mar music and some special events like bbq or pizza nights. The bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view through the trees. It was a little close to the road so scooter noise was unfortunately higher than the ocean waves...
