"Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen gebucht. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht… Wir legen viel Wert auf Ruhe und Erholung. "Hi Whilst the hotel was a good standard, I would Definitely say it is a 4 star at its best. Staff were slow in responding to customer service, they were very much reactive on all areas, breakfast, dinner and front desk. Gym was very small, no steam or sauna. Breakfast could of had more options."
