"What a great house! Well maintained. The interior is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need or want. It’s spacious with modern appliances and really cool stuff to make your stay comfortable and satisfying. Our host anticipated an unusual cold snap and notified us they had added extra firewood for our stay. (Nice touch). We will definitely stay again! Thank you Shaun and Bill."

"Great place, great location. Main room was roomy and cozy. Owners were very responsive and extremely accomodating. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. We ended up mistakenly taking one of their pillows home with us and they were very understanding and patient about getting it returned to them!"

"The windows made the space light and spacious. The view off the back patio is beautiful and makes one feel part of nature. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Good size for 3 to 4 people. Charming bear themed decor adds to mountain cabin feel. Kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Really appreciated the owners were willing to share their lovely home."

"Our stay at Cozy Condo on the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course was nothing short of magical. The property itself was great, with views of the golf course and river. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Elizabeth provided more than we could've ever imagined. The kids were particularly thrilled with playing the provided board games (aggrevation was the favorite). We also put together one of the puzzles; we made it just in time before our departure. "This was an amazing place to stay! The setting was so intimate with all the trees and the beautiful home. It was very well stocked with coffee, tea and Kleenex, etc. They really thought of everything, even a multiple head phone charging cable at the side of every bed. The local hostess, Gloria, was very helpful when I had questions. I would recommend this place to anyone! recommenanthanyone."

"A great home in a quiet location with the perfect layout for gathering. Such a nice cabin, the open concept floor plan was ideal for hosting, family time and fun. The rooms were a nice layout for two families to share the home. The back deck was large and fully fenced which was ideal for our small children! A quick route to town and near a huge field that was perfect for watching the best fireworks show! We had so much fun celebrating freedom on the fourth!"

"We came for a wedding and really just needed a place to stay, but the house and neighborhood were so nice that it made me wish we were staying longer. Did have a chance to go thru some Graeagle shops and that was very quaint. Warning to visitors to make sure you bring your own coffee, and not K-cups. Clean staff needs to do a better job with pest control. Plenty of spider, web, and ant activity."

"A group of guys stayed together to play golf at nearby Grizzly Ranch and the beds, (even the pull out couch) were comfortable and it worked perfectly for our group. Plenty of room for friends to stop by for dinner after the rounds."

"My wife and I loved our stay here. The house was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sitting on the front deck was very relaxing with the stream flowing right in front. We spent most of our time out exploring, there is so much to do in this area. "We had a golf tournament in the area, and this was a perfect place to stay. Lots of room and very comfortable. The host was easy to contact and answered all questions immediately. We’ll keep this place in mind the next time we’re in the area!"

"The location was wonderful-- very convenient to exploring the high country off the Gold Lakes Highway and the cute town of Graeagle. The property has stairs, so I wouldn't recommend it for mobility-challenged guests. It also doesn't have a hot tub, which one of my roommates thought was on the listing. But it is very roomy and has a huge kitchen with everything you could want, and even a pool table! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable boho inspired mountain property. My toddler did great there and my dog enjoyed the cozy dog bed and fenced yard. My husband said the coffee pot was one of the best cups of coffee he has had. Thank you for accommodating us for the weekend. "
