"Parking onsite was great. Lift was broken, which was unfortunate, but helped get our steps in. Location is pretty far from city center, need to taxi in. Penthouse beds were not King size as stated on website (unless the US has their own version of King size beds, they were probably a Queen). Well supplied and good value for cost. "

"The check-in email got blocked as Spam and I emailed, texted and called the property several times seeking information. Nobody ever responded. We sat in our car in the sun in the parking lot for several hours waiting for check-in help. Finally figured it out by ourselves after finding the email in spam folder.
The place sleeps 5, but the couch only seats 2 comfortably. They boast of cereal and stuff available. No, there isn’t. No smart TV, only basic cable which seemed to have OLD sitcoms or...

"Great location. Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in a couple hours early, and we were very lucky to get a free upgrade to a two bedroom unit without asking. The rooms were clean and spacious. The unit was equipped with a washer/drier.
We only spent one night there and didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it was equipped with all essential items.
Also, if you forget to bring a plug adapter like I did and need to charge your iPhones, you can borrow one from the reception...
