"the host is wonderful and helpful everything was great for. quick stay. The house was clean although the pans were a greasy and so we didn’t do any cooking. There were several places nearby to get breakfast and it’s a great place to stay if you are getting to the college. Very close and easy. "

"We loved this house! It was super clean and comfortable! Well stocked kitchen with any & every appliance you could need. Plenty of blankets, linens & towels. It was steps from the river which was very peaceful! The neighbors were super quiet. The outdoors had multiple cozy seating areas. It was a perfect distance from town if necessities were needed. We hope to be back very soon!"

"My friends had a wonderful stay in this cabin! They were thrilled to be “roughing it” in complete comfort! We loved the counter space in the kitchen for organizing all our snacks! "This was a last minute booking due to another rental not having heat. The host did meet us upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. She communicated quickly and clearly. The place was clean and cozy. It is in a basement so the ceiling is low. I’m 6’3” and I was always stooped over. We were the host’s first guests. We could have used 1 more towel and the kitchen could use some dinnerware and silverware as well as some coffee filters for the coffee machine. The bathroom is a bit small but...

"This property was amazing for our extended family stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out and do your own thing and then come together for meals. Kitchen was ample size to be able to cook for our large party. Paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition and lots of fish were caught. "What a lovely place to spend a quiet few days! Excellent, easy location beautifully located on a quiet river with a freight train nearby (which is a bonus for us! Love the sounds of a train). The wrap around porch is amazing and the property is nice and big. Would be an excellent place to bring a larger group in warmer weather to take advantage of all the water crafts and outdoor space available. Dog friendly and with no caveats (must be crate trained or max dog weight 30lbs etc) is a HUGE...

"Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area."

We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!"
