This apartment is a gem. I stayed there by myself and felt safe. Response from the mgt was timely and efficient. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen with extras. I would definitely book this spot again.

The place was extremely clean and the host was very responsive with my inquiries. I only stayed a few days so this minimalist place was super perfect for what I needed! Everything i needed was there, would stay again 100%. Also, there was a white noise machine which was a nice to have, didn't realize how nice it was to use until I used it.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit and the third time I’ve stayed in one of this company’s properties. This is one is my favorite!! It’s always clean and has everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to everything, easy to find, and in the best neighborhood! The guy upstairs did snore pretty loud some nights, but there is a white noise machine in the drawer and a fan in the closet, so I was able to block it out.

Wonderful accommodations for a weekend visit to ETSU! Unit was just as descibed on the lower level of a cute home right beside the university. Clean, comfortable and walking distance from several food establishments and coffee shops. Communication from the host was spot on. We would recommend and return!

We had rented this location for a stop over before heading to Eastern Tennessee. The location is very ideal and very quiet. The unit we rented was the perfect size, but it did not come without its issues. We contacted the host when we arrived because the air conditioner was frozen and not working properly. We shut it off overnight to allow it to thaw out, but in the morning it was still blowing out ice chunks. We decided to check out early because the unit had a few other issues that were not meeting our standards. I’ve reached out to the host on multiple occasions to try and communicate these things, but have gotten no response. We would gladly rent this unit again if the issues that we encountered were taken care of. The location is absolutely perfect for staying over in Johnson City

We had a great stay in Johnson City. The rooms were well stocked with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the laundry. It was clean, and well-located on a lovely street near the ETSU dorms. Would recommend!!!

Everything about this place was perfect. It’s in a great little neighborhood near the University with easy access to all parts of JC. It had everything I needed. The bed! OMG, the bed. Suuuupppperr firm, but once I fell asleep I stayed asleep and did not move! The host was exceptionally responsive. You will not request reserving this unit!

Great location in Tree Streets

My hubby and I stayed 3 nights. The area is quiet and safe to walk. The directions for check in were detailed and the host responded to our questions quickly. The apartment was as shown in the pictures and clean. The bed was a little firm (for us). The shower was great. Plenty of kitchen items to be able to cook at the apartment. Overall we had a good stay and would look to rent again if we need just a one-bedroom.
