"Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. "4.5 starsExcellent response time on communications.I slept in the master bedroom bed, so I can attest to the fact that it was very comfortable for me. I have serious neck and shoulder issues. It is stressful to even think about sleeping in any bed but mine at home. I was so relieved when I tried out the bed (first thing) after I arrived.This condo is everything for location in Johnson City, and is located on the 1st floor of the building.
