"My father, son, and I had a great time. We spent several days on the property fishing on the private lake. We caught a bunch of fish and I would certainly recommend this property for anyone who just wants to get away for a few days on private property with there own lake to fish on! The house was nice and clean and was stocked with all basic necessities as described. With a local grocery store a mile away.Host lives on property with there children and were a pleasure to interact with at various...

"There’s was 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of room its is a remodeled cute place with the river right across the street for fishing out swimming. we enjoyed the cool water in the river if you like meeting new people and hang out in the river this is the house for you. "

"This was our third time starting at this house. We love it, just like before. Fishing all day, playing games at night (tons available at the house) or watching funny videos on YouTube in the cozy living room. I drew the blinds up in the living room, bedrooms and the kitchen, because all have the beautiful marsh and the river out back. Love the kitchen at this house too. Loaded up on blue crabs, Bait shops just minutes away. Perfect vacation!"

"The property was in a lovely spot on the marsh and was open and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 3 couples and we really appreciated the willingness of the host to let us use bicycles, kayaks, and binoculars. We enjoyed exploring the nature in the area and opted to go to the beach within an easy drive since our weekend turned out to be so warm. A lovely stay!"

"Charming little spot. We stayed there as we were visiting Jekyll Island/Summer waves. Only about 20 minutes away. Plenty of stores and diners within a mile or so. The backyard privacy is second to none. The price is fair and we really enjoyed ourselves!"

"This place is adorable! I stayed here for almost 2 weeks with my husband, our two children (a toddler and a baby), my mom, and our dogs. We found it to be comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet and cozy, yet still big enough for everybody to spread out. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, he was quick to respond to all my questions. We very much enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Hinesville, particularly if traveling with children and pets."

Friendly neighborhood and very close to the water. Bungalow was very clean and had what you needed for a short stay. A great alternative to getting a hotel."
