"The staff were all fantastic! The hotel itself is very nice with spacious rooms and a kitchenette but there’s a lot of homeless around, street parking was non-existent and there’s not a great spot for get in/out of an uber without someone honking or homeless approaching you. "

"This pop up hotel in an apartment building was amazing. Clean, quiet, safe, and totally walkable to everything. "

"We had a great time during our stay. The property was exactly as advertised and in the perfect location. We came in for an overnight trip to catch a Ravens game and see hang out in the inner harbor. We could walk to everything: both stadiums, inner harbor and Federal Hill nightlife. Our host was very responsive to our questions. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Baltimore! The property is spacious and relaxing. We loved the authentic Baltimore vibe. The rooftop deck was a real treat. Conversation with a few drinks while taking in the city skyline after the Orioles games was one of the highlights of our trip. We would have loved to include the fire pit in our experience but it was very hot while we were there. "Very convenient downtown location, OK-safe area, walkable to restaurants and bars. Easy and unrestricted street parking spots nearby. Nicely decorated inside, air conditioning and hot water working well, comfy bed, TV with streaming services, tidy bedroom and clean bathroom. Overall very satisfied, especially with the affordable price. "

"we stayed at this place with our friends 8 people, house was very nice clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and it’s also not far from downtown. Uber taxi 15 to city center. We didn’t even use the bus."

"Clean. Very close to Inner Harbor. Was described as having Wi-Fi, but didn't have it. TV didn't work because of no Wi-Fi. No ice maker and no ice forms to make ice. The furnishing and set up of the pictured appartment does not match the actual place. Upon check in I sent a message to host with a question, but never got a response. "

"The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. They hung out and spent a great time together on the main level. It was nice to be at a historic home with all the fun quirks. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! "

"We had such a great stay at the property. Everything was clean and welcoming. It was the perfect little place/space for my wife my 3 yr old son and myself. The street parking in the area was also good. We were able to find a spot right around the corner. The location of the property in relation to a lot of the sites in Fells Point was perfect as well. Everything 5 stars we would definitely recommend and We would definitely book again! "
