"The house was veey easy to get to. In is in a very quiet little neighborhood. It had ample parking right out front. Onside the house was very clean, all of the furnishings were very nice and looked to be pretty new. It wasnt far from Alton Grafton Godfrey or Jerseyville. Highly recommended this property and the host Becki was great !! We all really enjoyed our stay. And the plan is to come back again. "

"Very cute house. Small but comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is my favorite in St. Charles. My only suggestion: please provide some extra blankets. I would have loved a throw blanket for the couch. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful time in St Charles. The property was clean and in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The coffee shop under the property makes great coffee and was never loud. Will stay here again! "

"We live south a ways but wanted to get away to St. Charles for a change of pace. The stay was perfect minus the heat…. But tis the season (August)The house was wonderful! Everything from the old charm, amenities and short distance to old downtown. We will be staying here again and habe already told friends about it! Blessed weekend stay "

"The property was just as the on line pictures showed. It's an older home but newly remodeled. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog and a place to sit in the late afternoons and relax. Excellent location and an easy walk to main street. Several activities there to enjoy there. Nice and pretty quite neighborhood. Would stay here again."

"Overall stay was great, and we would definitely stay again! only problems we ran into was the microwave not working properly and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was some residue left in and on the surface aera. "

"Wonderful location in charming town. Only suggestion: add a chair or table or luggage rack to each bedroom. The only place to put the bed decorative pillows or your clothes is on the floor. "

"Loved our stay at Linus' Clubhouse on the river! It was so cozy, clean, with a great view. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of board games for enjoyment. We enjoyed sitting out on the front balcony watching boats go by and we did some fishing as well along the bank. Nearby you can by some bait, go to a grocery store, and try a local place called Market Grill for breakfast. There is also Cuivre State Park nearby if you would like to do some hiking that we enjoyed....

"Daughters & Grandaughter weekend to celebrate Moms 75th Birthday. For a group of eight, a private home rental with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms is ideal. Features like a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a large dining table made group meals and activities easy."

"Great location, lovely house.Easy to find restaurants, places to shop and nice area for strolling."

"Loved the location and the set up. The only thing to have in mind is weekend stays makes it a popular location. A very great day and nightlife balance and good options//stores along the road. The Wi-Fi was spotty. That could have been do to how busy it was and that interferences occurred but 10/10"
