Anthony was so kind and a great host. No complaints at all. If I had to make one suggestion it would be more wash clothes and paper towels for the bathroom. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Our family stayed in the Luxury Condo, Thanksgiving 2025. We chose it for the location, near our boys in Jersey City and Brooklyn, and for the photos of the beautiful gourmet kitchen and seating for 8. We were not disappointed. I was able to prepare Thanksgiving for 6, without issue, in this well-appointed kitchen. The cozy living space, comfortable beds and luxury showers were bonus for us, but much appreciated. Our host was very accommodating, kind and accessible. We'll be back!

First and foremost, the host is quick to respond, understanding and tries to be as accommodating as possible.The property is a new build & definitely felt like home away from home. This home have all the amenities that you will need in the kitchen. However; we had to buy dishsoap to wash dishes and pods for the dishwasher. (i shouldn't have to do that, should be provided) but i did because we need to clean behind ourselves as adults. Moving on to the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Everything is clean and spacious. Dry towels and few black microfiber towels provided to help remove make-up. However; there are NO hand or body towels provided to wash up with. So you will have to bring your own hand/body towel or bring a loofah bath sponge to wash your body with. The lights in the middle bedroom flickers constantly while on, it's disturbing to headache prone ppl like me. The walls are very thin and the floors are hardwood, meaning you can hear everything going on downstairs. We heard the occupants on the first floor and their children were having a great time running back and forth through the house. So if you're sensitive to noise, this may not be a good fit for you or vice versa because if we heard them I'm sure they heard us above their heads lol. We went on the rooftop, attempted to cut on the firepit table and it would not ignite possibly out of gas. As a suggestion please add full body mirrors in the bedrooms other than the master. Utilize trains going to NYC much cheaper. Great stay!

Nice 3 bed 2 bath apartment in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and good fit for a family of 4-6 people. Host was quick responding to any thing you need. Overall our stay was good. This place was not too far from time square. Near by many stores and groceries within one mile. Thanks to Anthony for nice stay and being nice host.

This is a beautiful property! Comfortable, clean, and great communication with the host. Our family of 4 had room to spread out, and everyone commented on how comfortable the condo was. It was wonderful to be in a quiet section of town after spending each day being tourists in the city. The only downside was due to poor planning on our part - we didn’t figure out public transport early enough in our stay, and spent quite a bit of money using Uber to get into NYC the first few days. We asked Anthony, our host, and he provided great advice for getting around Jersey City and into NYC. I wish we had asked sooner!

Beautiful condo! Anthony was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. We used Uber to get to and from NYC and found it very convenient. This place is just as beautiful as the pictures! Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

Good weekend getaway

Property was as advertised. Clean, up to date appliances. The host communicated very well which made our stay comfortable. Parking is probably the biggest inconvenience but that’s expected staying in the city.

Excellent Stay!

We just got back home after 10 days visiting family in Jersey City, and this VRBO couldn't have been a better choice! It's just as pictured in the photos - modern, spacious, spotless, and beautiful! It was so calming. The rooftop deck was incredible, although we didn't use it only because it was 20 degrees out. The owner was incredibly responsive. Only about a 20 minute drive from the Newport PATH station into NYC - lots of parking there and a nice mall, and right by the water so an amazing view of the NYC skyline. I highly recommend this place!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay. Anthony was very kind & helpful to anything that we needed. The condo was exactly as pictured & very clean. The only negative aspect was that we were not close to any grocery stores or food places. Other than that, we had an amazing time.

Beautifully-appointed immaculate condo

My family and I loved this beautiful, immaculate and well-supplied condo during a Thanksgiving trip to visit family in NJ. The unit is bright with comfortable, modern furniture. Anthony, our host, responded promptly to our questions and was very hospitable. Even the need to find on-street parking did not detract from this lovely condo. We would absolutely return!

Clean, bright and nice place

Excellent place to stay for a visit to NYC and east Jersey. Place is as advertised, clean and bright. Best to have a car to stay here for ease of transport into the city, and parking can be a bit of a challenge, but the place is great and served our family well. Would stay here again for sure.

Wedding in Brooklyn, NY

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The place was very nice/comfortable and exactly what we were looking for (we were in from out of town to attend a family wedding in Brooklyn and there were 5 adults staying in the place) and as advertised on VRBO. Getting over to New York/Brooklyn was "trafficky" but I guess what you'd expect in any major city. Jersey City itself, and neighboring Hoboken were very nice - plenty to do in that area alone. The only major drawback to the entire trip was the serious lack of parking on the street in the neighborhood. I got one overnight parking ticket and had to park a mile away our last night and Uber back to the place and then again back to the car the next morning. Since almost all of the houses in the area have driveways, there is extremely limited parking, which did have a negative impact on our trip, but overall, a great place to stay and no complaints about anything other than the parking.
