"Nous avons passé 6 nuits chez John et c’était très agréable. L’appartement est grand, propre et fonctionnel. La literie est confortable. Plusieurs bus emmènent directement à côté de Times Square et donne accès au métro de NY. Des commerces sont à proximité pour les courses du quotidien."

"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. This is such a cute and cozy place! Just like the pictures. In a beautiful neighborhood that is close to everything. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. We would highly recommend this place. We will absolutely book again when we go back this year!"

"L'appartement est assez agréable, très bien meublé, avec un accès rapide aux bus pour Manhattan par exemple; des épiceries et des petits restaurants tous proches. Il manque peut être un peu d'équipement, comme une passoire pour les pates ou un épluche légume! Pas de lave linge dans l'appartement en revanche, il est dans le sous sols accessible par une autre entrée de la maison, pour notre part il n'a été accessible qu'un soir ce qui est dommage c'était l'un des critère pour lequel nous l'avions...

"The condo is fabulous. The owners renovation was superb. The guest bathroom tile could use a bit of touch up to avoid leaks at the tub and mildew. A major issue: the hot water heater is set at a scalding hot temperature. I would strongly advise setting it to a lower temperature."

"The property is in a great lil neighborhood, everything we needed was within walking distance including an awesome coffee shop and Italian deli. The house itself has ample space for 5-6 adults and is clean and well appointed. It’s also 11 mins from the nyc water taxi, which provides all day service to midtown manhattan, very convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we return."

"Cute apartment in the journal square area. Close to path about a 5 min walk. Took the path to get into Hoboken and downtown jersey city. Parking definitely a challenge-we parked our car in the Journal square parking garage $60 for 2 nights. That was about a 5 min walk as well. The apartment is a great little place. Pictures of apartment are very accurate. Perfect for what we were looking for. Roof top is amazing-the view of NYC skyline was seriously beautiful. We sat up there for drinks both...

"The property is perfect located on the main avenue! You can walk to the train path or wait for the bus just across or around the block. Great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, waking distance to the Hudson River, great time to walk on the harbor! We will come back! 5 days were not enough to see everything !"
