"Drew was an amazing host, very responsive to text and messages. The House is amazing, Very Clean, and set up nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with, cups, plates, silverware, and stuff you you wouldn't think of. I hope I have a need to visit SC again. Thank you Drew, my friends and family had an amazing time celebrating my daughters graduation from UoSC. Only complaint is the driveway is small, and shaped weird, I had a hard time getting my truck and boat trailer in the driveway. "

"It was absolutely fabulous, charming little home, pet friendly. Owners were wonderful. 1min from boat ramp. They have all the amenities you need. Wonderful restaurant environment, and if the ones at the marina don’t suit your taste, there are plenty to choose from in town. All around just a wonderful time. "

"This is was an answer to a tough situation as to location, accommodations and most importantly the awesome host. A couple hiccups on check in but addressed quickly and satisfactorily. "

"This is a lovely and well maintained home with absolutely beautiful grounds and an incredible outdoor kitchen. It was well-appointed with everything we needed. The pictures do not adequately convey how beautiful it is. The host was very accommodating and allowed some of the other members of our family staying in another house to fish the dock and to gather for an outdoor family meal. When yard maintenance or trash pickup was necessary during our week stay, she communicated with us well in...

"We chose to stay close to home this year so we could take our senior pets on vacation with us. We found the perfect place in The Waterfront Cottage. It has a large fenced in yard overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The house was very cozy and beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! Relaxed and quiet it was still only a few minutes into town for food and/or supplies. And Candice was readily available if needed. I would give it 10 stars if I could! "

"We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. The covered deck and completely fenced in yard is amazing. The location was awesome as well. We loved fishing off the dock and taking out the kayaks. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
