"Very underwhelming service. Not able to change 2 weeks ahead of the stay date. I made booking on a wrong day via Expedia portal. The date defaulted on a portal two weeks ahead. I have noticed my error as soon as I received email confirmation and the staff wouldn’t answer my calls nor messages to change the booking, even though it was 2-weeks ahead. Shocking service in a good looking hotel."

"Everything was good & clean Service, room, close to the beach. restaurant is nice, breakfast is superb. only thing to improve was availability via phone, as i had several questions upfront, also with airport transfers and i had to try different days and times. maybe there was a lot people at reception desk during my calls."

"Room key needs to be picked up in a location about 2.5 kms away from where we booked (bursztynowa). A key fob and info on room/building/gate codes, wifi passwords was provided. Key fob works. Wifi password was wrong. Correct one was found on modem. We all went to the beach. Some of us returned earlier without the fob thinking we could use the codes. Gate code didnt work. The place had a great location in terms of connectivity to other city neighborhoods via nearby tram and bus stops. "Best spot for a small family in the border of Gdańsk and Sopot. 100M access to the beach, great security and easy to find. My family enjoyed the size of the apartment and has all the amenities needed for toddlers (I.e. bathtub, washer, full kitchen!!!!) I like it so much will book a two week stay next summer. "

"Very spacious apartment with wrap around balcony. Kitchen needs updating. Furniture could be better. Housekeeper could've done a better job cleaning. The floors were dirty and food found between sofa cushions. Very nice neighborhood and location. Elevator didn't work going down to parking. I would stay there again if these issues are addressed."

"My wife and I recently stayed at this modern, newly built hotel, which is conveniently located just 10 minutes by taxi or 25 minutes by bus from the old town. "God service, rommet hadde noen gamle flekker på veggene. Sengen var dessverre hard og putene var tynne og billige. Man må betale tax noe man ikke får beskjed om før annkomst, veldig få som snakker engelsk og det kan være vanskelig å forstå dem. Det eneste man bør huske på er å henge «do not disturb» skilt på døra siden vaskehjelpa kommer før kl 10 og banker på. Ellers hadde jeg å sammboer en fin ferie hos Hotel Zatoka."
