Chaut. Lake & Comedy Center Guesthouse

Unique private apartment tucked in the woods less than a mile from Chautauqua Lake (fishing & recreation), on the snowmobile trails (s43), only minutes from downtown Jamestown, the National Comedy Center, Bemus Point, multiple breweries and The Chautauqua Institution.

The best part of this property is staying in the beauty of the woods a stone throw from the i86 expressway, the Jamestown Airport and only a couple miles from downtown Jamestown. The bar/game room is the best part.

The space
This a a studio style apartment above a detached garage that has a bar/entertainment space available. It has private parking and a private entrance.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the first floor (bar/game room) and the second floor living area.

Overnight stay

We were very impressed with this beautiful property. It was a perfect place for our overnight stay for my son's wedding nearby. Accommodations were very comfortable. We had no complaints with the property.

Fun Stay

Great location...lower level game room...we enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Upstairs studio apt. Very clean, nice bathroom and kitchen areas...matresses and pillows are a little rough...bring your own pillow. Overall, great stay. Hosts let us do our thing, which we appreciated.

Fun Place to Stay

The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. The living area was spacious and clean. The bed was against the wall on one side and the mattress seemed a bit slanted, otherwise it was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen area, so can't speak to that. Outside the living area was a nice porch with a great view. The game room downstairs had a pool table and several games; however, some were not functional. Still, it was a fun and unique area to relax. WiFi was available and speed did not seem to be an issue.
