"This property is pretty terrible. Our door did not latch unless the flip lock was secured and all curtains are see through. There are no black out curtains or anything to provide privacy at this hotel. You could see all residents as you were walking to your room. When we got to our room it was messy with trash on the floor, crumbs on the bed, and stains on the chairs and floor. We immediately checked out and found a different hotel to stay at."

"Pool was closed, had two palmetto cockroaches. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets but bathroom was not clean and sink was clogged. Breakfast was ok."

"Not your Standard hotel. There are 2 buildings. We stayed in the Townhouse. This building does not have an elevator but the Bellman assists you with luggage. The other building, hotel side does have an elevator. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be making a return stay. There is an evening wine and cheese social. Most downtown areas are within walking distance."

The public spaces feel very cramped and too small to really enjoy; for example the lobby is very small and right past the check in desk. Not a welcoming environment four lounging. The rooms are a good size but ours did not have a door between the room and the double vanity area of the bathroom which was very unappealing. "We asked for wash clothes daily. We did not have wash clothes two days out of four. When we got wash clothes they would remove them the next day. When we went to the front desk they said they only had one washing machine! This is an 8 story hotel!! The water pressure was the worse I have used. The show dropped water. I have used Holiday for over 40 years - may not continue. The front desk did not care! We departed a full day early! LeBron Morgan"
