The Sunshine Studio Place is newly renovated and fully furnished to give you a homely feeling. Our studio is located in a very quiet neighbor in which amenities are in place to bring comfort to your stay. Enjoy this private location within minutes of restaurant, night life and area attractions.
Close to shopping, restaurants, and the Jacksonville Landing. EverBank field attracts football lovers from around the country. Centralized location providing a short drive to beaches, St. JOHN'S town center shopping and other attractions.

Clean and comfortable

We had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle and the adjacent guest does too. Judith is a very responsive host.

Everything that was listed was in the rental. Also the neighborhood was quiet. Everything we needed for our stay was in the rental except for our food to cook. If we ever go back I would stay here again.

Not quite or comfortable

Bed was uncomfortable and neighborhood was loud. Trains were close by and loud car stereos kept us awake. Parking a truck was very difficult in the drive. Super clean! Well furnished apartment/studio. We left a day early because we could not get any sleep.

Great place, easy stay and close to highways. Awesome deal for the price.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks with our small dog recently. We just moved to JAX for my new job and needed a short term place to get our feet on the ground, this was the perfect place for us. It is small but efficient, very fair for the price you pay per night. It is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking, has everything you will need. There is a train track nearby so you will hear the train at night, but that didn't bother me. Judith is very responsive and accommodating, any time I had a question she got back to me within less than 10 mins. I can tell they take really good care of this place. They keep it clean and have good pest control- Did not see a single bug in the 2 weeks we were there. Thank you Judith for helping us get started living in our new home of Jacksonville! I highly recommend this VRBO.

We’ve experienced better, avoid.

We changed our stay from Friday to Friday to Saturday to Friday. Owner refused to give us the money back from the Friday even though we requested the change well in advance. Owner was very rude about the refund. Once there the bed is a double. That was too small for me and my fiancé who are average size, not skinny. We found a cockroach in the shower and under the sink and a grasshopper in the bathroom. (No we did not leave the door open for them to come in). No fire detector, fire extinguisher was out of date, floors uneven, toilet was uneven when you sat on it, shower was so tiny that once you stood in it you were in the wall, etc. Overall not the best experience with VRBO. We had a family emergency and had to leave early and kindly requested Atleast some money back to which the owner denied our request. Owner still owes us Atleast the extra day that she was supposed to refund 2-3 weeks ago.

Many amenities not normally found in a HomeAway stay. Great to work with. We will definitely be back!

This is such a cute and cozy room! They really thought of everything to make you feel at ease and "home-away-from-home". You are provided with everything to truly make it a wonderful stay (from coffee and creamer, every cooking utensil, to an extra super-soft blanket and everything in between!), the owners really want you to be comfortable. I stayed for over two weeks and they contacted me numerous times just to make sure I had everything I needed and to provide fresh linens. They are the kindest couple, super sweet, and just all around GOOD people. If I could give this 10 out of 5 stars I would.
