Living space

The main living area centres on a 65" Smart TV and a large dining table with seating for the full group. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the folding-glass doors keep everything bright and visually connected to the pool patio. Central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans handle comfort in any season. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available when work follows you on the road - and easy to ignore when it doesn't.



Sleeping arrangements

The master suite has a king bed with adjustable head and foot settings and built-in massagers, paired with a spa bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub and a high-tech shower. A second suite offers a queen bed with a premium memory-foam mattress. The third bedroom has its own queen bed with memory-foam mattress and a private en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom fits a queen bed with memory-foam mattress plus a twin trundle, bringing the home to its full capacity of 11 guests across 6 beds. Room-darkening shades and clothing storage are available throughout.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen covers everything from quick morning meals to full group dinners. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher are all in place alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, a baking sheet, and coffee. A Keurig coffee machine handles the early starts. The dining table brings the full group together at mealtimes.



Outdoor living

The fully fenced private backyard is the centrepiece of the property. A private heated pool sits at its heart - pool heat is available on request with 24-hour notice for an additional fee - flanked by sun loungers and outdoor furniture. A dedicated outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils make eating outside the default. An outdoor shower keeps things tidy after time in the water. Beyond the fence, the 17th-hole fairways open up wide, giving the yard a calm, open backdrop that feels uncommon this close to the beach.



Bathrooms

The home has four full bathrooms. The master spa bathroom features a deep soaking tub and a high-tech shower. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout.



Location

Set in a quiet residential pocket, the home keeps Jacksonville Beach within easy reach without the noise. South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground, Cradle Creek Preserve, and Beaches Town Center are all close by. Downtown Jacksonville and St. Augustine are a short drive away, and Jacksonville International Airport is approximately 30-35 minutes from the door - straightforward for groups arriving from different cities.



Good to know

Self check-in is handled via smart lock for flexible arrival. Optional housekeeping is available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM at an additional cost. The property has noise decibel monitors and exterior security cameras - including a motion-activated camera doorbell and motion cameras in the front and back yard. Pets are welcome. A washer and dryer in unit, iron, free on-premises parking, and a selection of board games and books round out the stay.
