Spacious 3 story town home, with Beach located behind the house, 4-5 minute walk, and nestled across the street from a wonderful lake front park, tennis center, outdoor basketball court, shopping and restaurants galore! When you arrive you can spread out, relax, and enjoy a REAL BEACH HOME, not a “Beach Shoebox hotel💯.Magnificent PRIVATE master bedroom suite with a super comfy KING Bed, large master bath with Jacuzzi-private balcony, and spacious walk in closets sits atop this wonderful beach getaway.


The second floor features 2 beautiful bedrooms separated by a large Jack and Jill bathroom and private balcony. One bedroom features a comfy NEW QUEEN Memory Foam bed, the other has TWO NEW TWIN Memory Foam beds.

Sit out on the front deck and enjoy breakfast while watching the beach come alive.
World class golf courses are mere minutes away including TPC Sawgrass, home to The Players Championship.

A short ten minute drive to the world famous MAYO Clinic Jacksonville.
Stroll, bike, or take the Beach bour local beach's favorite shops, pubs, and restaurants.
Visit St. Augustine, the Nation’s Oldest City, just 30 minutes away.

Great Location

Amazing location. Close to beach and close to restaurants/stores. We loved being right around the corner from the beach. We have a young baby and that was essential with all the beach stuff we have. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was just a quick walk to the beach and was on a nice quiet street so it was the best of both worlds. Our host was always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved it!

The property was clean and so cute and had everything I needed! I loved how close it was to the beach, but it also felt very private. Communication was perfect, and I appreciated so much that Vicki worked with us on the check out situation so we could have extra time before our flight. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great location and host

We enjoyed our stay in Jacksonville. The property is within walking distance to the beach and several stores. Minor maintenance and cleanliness items - the drinking glasses and some other dishes seemed dirty so we washed them before use. The door handle in the master bathroom came off. The host was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

Vicki was amazing and the town house is amazing. Close to everything. Our kids loved the park directly across the street and just a short walk to the beach. My husband and i love the 3rd floor bedroom suite completely to our self. I highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

Ms. Vicki was very hospitable and very prompt when needed. She is very kind and made sure our stay was enjoyable from beginning to end. She had a beautiful home which I enjoyed the top floor all to myself. I can not wait to stay there again☺️

Good Stay

We came for medical appointments for our daughter and needed a place to stay. The walking distance to the beach was a major plus to walk between our appointments. The property was clean and comfortable. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area that are easy to get to. Overall good stay.

Great Condo near beach

We really liked the location of this property in between the playground and the beach. The walk to the beach was two blocks and easily accessible. The house had what we needed for the beach including chairs, towels, and toys. The kitchen was well-stocked.

Perfect location and area

We have a 15, 12 and 9 year old. The short walk to the beach combined with the lovely park made this house perfect for our annual beach trip. The house is nice and I am thankful for the ease of communication with the hostess.

Family Getaway

This is the perfect place to stay in Jacksonville. Quick walk to the beach. In front is a lagoon with the sweetest geese, ducks, and playground. We will definitely come back.
