"Great little hidden gem! The views from the back deck are spectacular. My kids enjoyed watching for alligators every day, which we saw about every day! The birds decorating the trees at sunset were a sight to see. We always enjoy our visit at Edisto but staying here made it even better. The house could use some fixing up and the floors needed a good scrub, but we would definitely stay here again; that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. "

"Beautiful property and great communication with the property manager! We had some rainy weather early in our stay and really appreciated all of the fabulous spots to bring the outside indoors for the first few days! "

"We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year!"

"The short walk beach was a highlight. Very nice being close to the Nest to grab food. The teens loved the long days on the beach!"

"Birdie's Beach Club was a great place for my son and I to get away for a few nights! There was plenty of room for us, we had everything we needed, and the location can't be beat! He was able to walk right out onto the dock and fish and I could see him from the balcony. And if we wanted to grab a bite to eat or go to the beach, it was an easy walk across the street. It's centrally located on the island as well, so we could hop in a golf cart and be on either end of the island in no time. Not to...

"Check in was easy. When we got there, everything was ready for us. 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was great. Plenty of equipment for the beach and the two bikes were a fun option. Would recommend renting umbrellas for the beach. The house had plenty of space and the kitchen was perfect."

"Beautiful property steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. The parking lot was very dark at night, so I would suggest making sure you have your phone/flashlight with you if you need to go to your car. Would definitely stay again."
