"This is a reasonably priced nice place to stay at South Lake Tahoe. The room had a kitchenette and a couch with the bedroom being separate. Instructions about their limited office hours were not obvious on the Expedia website so we got there at 9pm and the office was closed. There is a phone number on a lock box which we called to get our room key. Also if you check out before 8am you have to make early arrangements to return key. My only other complaint was that the bed was rather hard. But,...

"Served our families needs and expectations perfectly. No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. This is our second stay at this property and we’d gladly come back. Thank you!"

"The Chalet was clean and well-kept, the provided instructions for our stay were so easy and clear, the amenities were plentiful and as advertised, and we have never had the pleasure of working with a host as attentive, kind and pleasant as Chris! The location is beautiful and was perfect for a quiet weekend away from 4th of July fireworks (my dog doesn’t do well with fireworks). "We loved this place and regretted that we were only here one night. Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. I loved taking out a bike to ride the bike trail through the area. The owners are great, very accommodating. This place is a work of love and it shows. "

"Had beach toys, quiet, 2 steps from beach so made easy with a toddler . Plates for toddler , tent for wind, literally everything. I have never seen a rental with so many things and across the street is Grocery store . Best ever "

"This was our first time staying at this property and will definitely be back! We loved the fact that they had a pool for our kids to play with and loved the onsite breakfast!The location was another plus. I loved how close it was to so many of our favorite Tahoe spots and to Heavenly Village which has so many stores, restaurants & activities!"
