"Loved this hotel. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The location was incredibly convenient for the Hillsboro-Beaverton area, only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland by car, with the MAX Light Rail nearby as well. There’s also a great grocery store and several restaurants right across the street. The staff was fabulous, especially Jessica at the front desk. "The place was dirty and smelled bad. They were supposed to have coffee and breakfast but didn't. I would not recommend. "

"Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again."

"We were excited to sit by the outdoor fire on a cool spring evening but the staff informed us they didnt have propane. The room was nice and well kept but our room was next to the elevator and it made noise everytime it went up or down. In the morning when people were headed yo breakfast, it woke us up. Breakfast wasnt included. Ive never stayed at a hotel that didnt have continental breakfast included. Over all, i wouldn't stay at this hotel again."

"Upon arrival the clerk was nice and helpful. Only after taking my card, and completing my booking, they informed me the electronic key card system for the room doors was not working. They told me not to worry, and that they had a "backup" key card to get into the room. The problem is that the "backup" key only unlocked the door the first time it was used, and then the door stayed unlocked....for good. Which would be fine, if we'd have stayed in our room for the rest of the night, but we wanted...
