"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17.
Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able.
Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant...

"A little challenging to get to it but nice and clean. We couldn’t find sheets for the futon and did not hear back from the property manager on sheets until we had already left. It was very quiet. Plenty of room. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. We found it to be clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The unit has windows on three sides. It is close to a bus stop.
