"Familienzimmer war toll, mit dem extra Zimmer und Bad war man sehr entspannt. Kommen gerne wieder, Abendessen/Küche war auch stets lecker und wir haben jeden Abend genossen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich, Zimmerpersonal hat stets in kürze die Zimmer wieder gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut. Vielen Dank ans ganze Team"

"The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. Many thanks to you. If I have a chance to return to Innsbruck I will definitely return to Mondschein. Thank you!"

"Room was nice and spacious! Bed was really comfy. Get a room with a balcony if you can, the view is gorgeous. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The on site restaurant was also delicious!"

" The hotel is excellent, and well located the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and we always had hot water. We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. One improvement would be more transparency during check-in, as paying at the end was a bit confusing for us. Overall, our stay was very pleasant."

"Ficamos no Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz de 23 a 26 de novembro e tivemos sorte de ver neve caindo na manhã do dia 25/11. Tudo maravilhoso. Desde o atendimento rápido e eficiente do check in até o check out. Destaque para a excelente localização: na rua do Golden Roof, perto dos restaurantes, lojas, mercado de Natal. É possível ir da estação de trem até o hotel a pé, se quiser. Perto de transporte público. Atendimento foi cordial com welcome drink e uma vista de tirar o fôlego na recepção que...

"I stayed in a single room, which had a balcony with nice views over the mountains. The room was good size with a single bed, table and a chair. and also a spacy wardrobe. The whole room, and the toilet was very clean. Free parking for car or motorbike. The staff was very polite and helpful. In general was very good. Recommended "
