"Very well located, self parking was close by, valet was also available. Room was clean, bed comfortable; room mini bar was well stocked with drinks & snacks. Surprised there were no tissues or makeup remover provided (maybe I missed them). Hotel bar was pleasant & prices were reasonable. "

"I gave an overall Ok rating because one of the reasons we stay at an Embassy Suites is the happy hour and breakfasts. Both mornings clean plates, utensils and tables were scarce. Food on the buffet was always low. Food was very good and courteous and staff where clearly working hard but they were very under staffed. Room was great and clean. Would recommend."

"This hotel is very old and dated, which would have been okay if it had been clean, but it was not. The room smelled unpleasant odors, with a sewage smell coming from the kitchen sink. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, mold in the bathroom, sticky furniture, and hair and stains on the walls. The room felt more like an old apartment that had not been properly cleaned or maintained in decades. The reviews and photos did not match our experience. The pool was green and appeared not to be open...

"They may be fixing the property before Texas A&M graduation, and football season. The room is spacious, a nice layout, and comes equipped with a large refrigerator. However, there was only a single coat hanger inside of the large closet. For two guests, only one packet of coffee was provided. Overall, I felt that a little more attention to detail would have gone a long way."

"The staff is always so polite and professional. We stay there every time we are in CS. My only compliant, the rooms are starting to show their age. The room is clean, just dated. We will continue to stay there. PS, their breakfast is the best, the attendant is amazing and so friendly. (I think her name is Jessica) "

"The room was clean, the door was hard to shut, constant bugs in the room, large ones and smaller ones. unfortunately, the hotel cannot supervise all guests that stay but lots of labour workers that stay here and are up late and leave at 5am to load their trucks to go to work. It's very loud late evening and very early morning. Lots of music was playing on the weekend, late into the night. The pool had no signs that it was closed, nor was it on the website as the manager advised me, I could not...

"We checked in and 15 minutes later some lady 2 rooms down keep knocking on our door. I had to take my wife and daughter to find somewhere else to stay. I had to check out after 1 hour stay and I demanded refund back."
