"The ac was not working in the actual hotel itself but thankfully the rooms were cool. We always try to stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel especially in other states. The College Station location seems subpar compared to the many others we’ve stayed at previously."

"The shower has hot and strong water which was the highlight of the stay There was a faint smell of marujuana in many areas of the hotel which was concerning. The towels need to be larger and thicker. We found a hair in our shower before we used it- also disturbing. Hotel is fine for a one night sleep if you are in TAMU for an event."

"The courtyard and entry were great. hotel room, the living area and kitchenette, also good, the walls definitely need to be cleaned there were black marks all over it but when I got into the bathroom, it was terrible. There is older dated furniture, which is cute and actually plays into the vibe, small scratches, rubbed away finish, just kind of gives a character however, I really don’t think the bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. "The hotel was undergoing renovation. Wish we were informed well in advance about that so we could better plan our stay. We only found out when we reached there. The hotel was stinking near the entrance. The rooms were old and had dust on lighting fixtures. No hot water in the bathroom sink faucets. Shower didn’t have consistent water flow. Breakfast was alright, not bad. I have definitely stayed at better Hampton Inns, this was disappointing. Glad my stay was only for a night."

"The rooms were cleaned but drove about 7 hours and booked this hotel because of the pool. We checked in Wednesday night and nobody told us the pool was not working. Thursday morning I even asked staff if they had towels by the pool and said yes. Come to find out the pool was closed. Nobody mentioned to me or on their website the pool was not opened."

"Trash property absolutely the worst one ever cockroach infestation , bed bug, I’m telling you do not stay here because there house keepers are so lazy they didn’t want to pick up a bag of popcorn So I have been placed on a DNR list but I won’t stay there again if it was the last hotel in the world"

"We keep choosing this Hotel for so many reasons! The incredible smell when you walk in the door, it just melts away the stress of travel. Then there is the super kind and professional staff. The cleanliness of the entire place, and smell keep you at peace! The beds, you melt into them, they are soft yet firm not to hurt you. We truly enjoy our stays and will keep coming back!"

"The room was clean and breakfast was very good. However, the room that we stayed in had an air-conditioner that was very noisy periodically. It disturbed our sleep, so turned it off during the night. The smoke detector also began beeping in the middle of the night, so had to contact the front desk to reset it."
