"The room we were upgraded to was superb! The staff were great and the breakfast buffet as always was delicious!! The ski in and out valet is second to none in Niseko!!"

"Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. We were upgraded to a room with club lounge access, which was nice. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk (across the street) from the ski slopes and lesson center/rentals. Parking is not guaranteed but generally available. Room are Japanese, so smallish, but nice tub with hot water from a natural spring. "

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. "Fantastic hotel and resort. The staff were incredibly polite and always went out of their way to help or assist in any way they could, which really made the stay feel welcoming and effortless. The room was a great size, comfortable, and cleaned promptly every morning. It was always nice returning after a full day on the mountain to a fresh and tidy room ready to relax in.
