"Terrible service, the room door was broken, they said someone was going to fix the door that night, but nobody came, we have to go to the office each time we need the door to be open for us, which was annoying. We left the next morning and realized the charged us 75 dollars from the deposit of $100 we made for damage to the room. Unbelievable, don’t go to that place, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a better place. They will take your money and you’ll end up paying extra anyways....

"The property was an older Days Inn, was clean and staff was friendly. I did have a problem with the shower dripping and brought that to their attention, which they will rectify after my stay (plumbing problem). Breakfast was non existent. The location was great for what we were doing."

I get it. Its the Finger Lakes. Rich folk. Wine Country. ALL the rooms are expensive. The price of the room for what you get? Not awesome. It's a non-smoking facility, but the place smelled of cigarette smoke (the room at least didn’t). I walked to my room, and another guest was straight up smoking away down the hall.

"We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE"
