You are staying in Şehit Muhtar / Turan Caddesi, only 250–300 metres from Taksim Square and the metro. Istiklal Street, restaurants, cafes, markets and public transport are all within a few minutes’ walk, so you can easily reach Galata, Karaköy, Sultanahmet and the Bosphorus.

Please note that this is a central area, so you may hear typical city sounds from time to time. And Due to the historic building system, hot water may occasionally require a quick reset it may trip because of older historic building, We provide immediate assistance if needed.

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment and balcony during their stay. You’ll reach the flat by elevator to the 7th floor, with just a few steps at the entrance. Self check-in is available via a secure key lockbox and coded main door, so late arrivals are easy. Inside the apartment you can use the Wi-Fi, TV, heating, air conditioning, kitchen area and all provided amenities.

We are just a message away on Airbnb. we usually stay in Istanbul during the day for work and can come by if there is anything urgent; otherwise, we are happy to help you remotely with tips, directions and any issues that come up. we respect your privacy, so we won’t disturb you, but if you need something, you can reach us almost any time and we respond as fast as possible.

Please note this is a typical central Istanbul building, so some city sounds can be heard, especially when Taksim is lively. The gas boiler (kombi) for heating and hot water is located outside the bedroom at the fire-exit area. For everyone’s comfort and safety, parties, loud gatherings and extra unregistered guests are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Door codes are changed regularly and there are cameras in common areas of the building for security. we take your passports picture at reception.

Please also note that this is a budget-friendly stay in central Taksim Square, where accommodation prices are usually much higher. Our lower pricing reflects the fact that the building is older and historic, and the apartment is not a luxury property.

Because of the age of the building, guests may notice some visible wear and tear on walls, floors, bathrooms, or common areas. At times, hot water may require restarting the kombi/heater system, especially during high usage hours. We always try to assist guests as quickly as possible if this happens.

The neighborhood is lively and local rather than luxury/residential, as the property is located in the heart of central Taksim. Guests looking for a modern luxury hotel-style experience may prefer other options.
