After I made my reservation and received confirmation, I sent a message to hotel team via Expedia to ask if they can help me with shuttle service. I didn’t get any response from them that I had to book the car service by myself.
When we arrived, the receptionist lady was not so much welcoming. However, next day, the receptionist guy in the morning shift was very helpful and he gave us some advice on tourist destinations. I believe if we ask them in person with shuttle service from hotel to airport, they would definitely help us. It’s just I didn’t hear from them before coming to the hotel, when I needed airport to hotel pick up service, I made online round trip booking already.
Also, when we arrived the room, it wasn’t as in the pictures in Expedia. The room furniture looked little old. We didn’t have bath robs in our room from the beginning, but when we requested them , we received upon request.
The only thing I like about the hotel was housekeeping service that cleaned our room every day. And anytime we asked any additional staff like iron or slippers they were very quick and delivered to our room.
The daily breakfast was also delicious and on time
The guy in the gym/ spa reception was also very friendly and helpful.
Also, the day of the check out, the receptionist was very helpful and he helped us to weight our luggage , so we can make sure that we don’t have overweight suitcases.
In general, our stay was okay. I just thought it would be 5 star hotel service.
