Fabulous four bedroom, four bath house located on one of the prettiest lots within the coveted Grand Pavilion area in Wild Dunes. Professionally decorated (actually still in the process as you may notice from some of the pictures!) we are leaving no room untouched! Just four houses back from the beach (you can even see the ocean from the back porch) this house makes for the perfect get-away.

The open-concept living, dining and wonderful kitchen all flow together - making it easy for the entire family to enjoy time together. Both the kitchen and the dining area open to a wonderful screen porch that overlooks a grassy area leading to the beach. The porch, which stretches across the entire back of the house, will be one of the favorite places for both morning coffee and evening cocktails. Looking to the right is a huge, moss draped live oak offering cooling shade to the setting sun in the evenings and to the left, you can see the ocean.

Rounding out the downstairs is a guestroom, with queen bed, and a bathroom.
Taking the stairs to the second floor will bring you to the rest of the bedrooms. One guestroom and private bath offer a king bed, while the other guestroom and private bath offers 2 queen beds. All beds in the house have cool cotton sateen sheets, comfy down pillows, and all have custom bed treatments.

The large master suite has a king bed, a private deck (you actually feel like you are in a tree house) a large master bath with soaking tub and separate shower, and best of all, a sunroom that can either be enjoyed as a separate living room for the adults while kids take over the downstairs living room

This house offers full access to the 2 oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools (only Grand Pavilion and Seaside houses can offer the extra pool access all day). Wi-Fi has been upgraded so no need to feel “out of touch" while enjoying your vacation. Don't forget that Wild Dunes is only a 20 - 30 minute drive to downtown, historic Charleston, making it the closest resort to The Holy City.

Excellent location. Steps to the beach and the 2 pools.Well equipped kitchen. Large refrigerator. Don't buy ice, there's a wonderful ice maker in the kitchen. The front and back porches are great. Especially loved the screened in back porch, which had lots of space and plenty of seating. There are nightly firepit locations by the resort for making smores or just relaxing. Several restaurants within walking distance.The living room has some wear and tear and could be updated a bit. The upstairs double queen bathroom tub/shower and the downstairs bathroom toilet need some attention. Overall, we had a nice time and would definitely come back to the Wild Dunes Resort area.

Great house with proximity to beach and pool very convenient. Well equipped, clean and spacious. First house to have a separate ice machine which comes in very handy with 8 of us filling water bottles in the hot weather. Nice screened porch with seating and dining table. Only suggestion would be a TV in the one bedroom without it and additional seating in living room but neither is a deal breaker as we will be returning again next year.

Great family memories

My family came from Hawaii to Georgia. We were all able to celebrate Christmas together. We had four cars and all fit fine in the garage/driveway. There was 8 of us and we were all able to have our Christmas Dinner at the dinning table together. The. Kitchen was big enough so that all could help prepare the dishes. We talked about coming back to this place again.

We love this house! Have stayed in it twice. If you like to cook/entertain, the kitchen’s extra nice appliances, large dining room table and shady screened porch are going to make you very happy!

Excellent house in Wild Dunes!

A very cozy and spacious home. The location in proximity to the beach, pools, and amenities is excellent, but it was very quiet as well. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The screened porch has an ocean view, so we stayed out there most of the time. Loved this home. We’ll definitely return!

Great Rental!

The house was as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. There was one issue with a door lock but after texting the contact listed, I was contacted right away. A maintenance man was sent and issue was totally corrected. We were very pleased with the very quick response. The location was perfect for our sightseeing trip to Charleston.

Thanksgiving Gathering

Property was perfect for 3 generations to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped with everything we needed. Beach just steps away. The large screened porch was perfect to sit and watch the children ride bikes in the courtyard below. Walks on the beach, great meals, games and puzzles, Clemson/Carolina football game…wonderful memories! Great in the fall and look forward to coming back in the summer!

Fantastic Annual Girls Weekend

We have a group of 7 friends who stay in Wild Dunes every year. In our many years coming here, this was our favorite rental! The kitchen was the best stocked of any rental I have even stayed in (and I have stayed in many). The location was fantastic with the large screen porch our favorite feature! Comfortable beds, great couches, large dining table, upscale decor- this place has it all! Highly recommend!

One of the best VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed at in Wild Dunes!!! Beautifully decorated, well laid out, well located, comfortable beds, and Beth Keetch is a dream to work with. Excellent communication.
