"Arrived late after 7:30 pm (we had messaged them to let them know we would be late). Room was to be ready by 4:00 pm and at 7:30ish, It was not. It was still in the state left by the previous occupants. Not at all ready for us and there was not a cleaning crew on site. Also this room #3 and it was to have a hot tub and there was none. It would have all been okay but they did not have another room to put us in so we had to drive another 62 miles to Rexburg where a room was available at a hotel....

"We really appreciated that they upgraded us to a king tent. We had booked 2 twins but she upgraded us to a king tent for no charge. We are in our 70s so we appreciated it so much as my husband is tall and we were much more comfortable and kept warm better as it went down to 45 degrees. Nice experience!!! First time ever. "

"This was exactly what we were looking for for our 15th anniversary trip. It's not big but for two people, it didn't need to be. It was comfortable and it was not far away from Yellowstone at all. The host was incredibly quick at responding (and helping secure additional towels when we needed them). The only thing I would say is that in the mornings, you can hear the highway, but it isn't super loud or anything. Also, the view of the substation is fine for whomever complained about that.
