"Owner was extremely accommodating and quick to respond. The unit was clean and new. There is no dish washer, be prepared for that. Street parking is easy and right next to the house and the beach is a short walk (not the ocean, but Tom’s River). "

"Arriving just ahead of a Nor’easter storm limited my use of the property. However the location was very good to all the area has to offer. Was able to walk easily to everything the town offers. The bungalow was updated in every amenity and attractively decorated. The backyard was a generous living area with a full bathroom and well equipped with cooking and entertainment products. Communication with this host was immediate with response and I very much appreciated it. "

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."
