"Owners are very kind, low key, and communicative. We admired the beachy decor and cottage charm. No issues with parking, super short walk from the beach, boardwalk, rides, shops, restaurants, and close enough drive for excursions, near by aquariums, etc. Perfect for couples, family’s, or a friends get away to chill and enjoy. "

"Newly renovated property just 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. Our contact, Erick, was responsive and friendly. The living room and kitchen area are open floor plan so it's a great place to hang out with comfy seating. One thing to note, the $250 deposit is due in cash when you arrive and returned when you leave. Our fam had a great time!"

"This was a quick, impulsive getaway to a New Jersey shore town I've visited almost without exception every summer of my 65 years and to a property we've no past experience with. This is a 2 bedroom, one bath house 3 blocks from the Boardwalk and beach in a very quiet part of town. The house iappears brand new in so many ways with new kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures and the updates are clearly high endand done very well. "Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink...

"This apartment was perfectly located at the beginning of the pier. We enjoyed having coffee out on the porch and we enjoyed walking the pier to different places. The apartment is very clean, but it is very small so it really is perfect for just two people I think having a third person in there unless it's a child would be a little cramped. There were some suggestions that I am sending to the owner but overall I would absolutely stay here again."

"This house was great for us, and our friends. Not far from the beach and a pool to relax when your done with beach. I would recommend for a family of 4 and there grandparents anytime!"

"The place is okay and as described. It's a first floor apartment. The location faces the main road coming into Seaside so it's not scenic. I was there for a fall fishing trip so I didn't care about that. A previous review mentioned that the owners lived upstairs. While I heard them moving around from time to time, it was no big deal, and I never saw them. However, at 12:15 AM on my last of 3 nights there, there was a loud argument upstairs with lots of swearing that woke me up out of a sound...

"We visited Seaside Heights for my daughter’s bachelorette getaway and this house was a great place to stay! There were 8 of us and the accommodations were simple, but comfortable for our stay. A couple things came up but, Rob was very responsive to the needs. I would definitely stay here again. "
