"We had an amazing time. House was great and location can’t be beat. Dock was awesome. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with every spice you could want! Also stocked with coffee, condiments, paper towels, toilet paper."

"Great flippin’ place! It had all the comforts of a cabin and it was beautiful to be right on the river and hear the water running. So relaxing and we’d definitely pick this place again. "

"Property and home was beautiful, updated, and roomy! The ONLY complaint that i have is there are lights on the stairs you can’t turn off in one of the bedrooms. We just covered them with pillows at night. Silly little thing. Otherwise, it’s perfection!"

The house was very cozy and quiet ,very spacious and the river was beautiful for fishing and swimming or just watching the mist roll down the river .all in all this has been my favorite stay i have booked for my family "

"Amazing little place right on bank of the White River! If you have a guided trip, your guide may even pick you up feom the bank behind the house. Ours did! No negatives on the property at all! The river was up and in the yard but it didnt stop the browns from eating my flies feom the bank!"

"The house was perfect for our family. We loved the large open room. Kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part was the patio and the beautiful view. I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. My husbands favorite part, as odd as this sounds, was the driveway. It was in great shape and was well thought out. Making it easy for us to safely get on the busy road. We will be back!"

"This property was even more beautiful in person. Located right off a main road so easy to access but because the way the home is position it feels like its miles outside of town once inside. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive. Checking in was a breeze. We loved staying here and have already discussed rebooking on our next trip to Mountain Home."

"Cotter Rock Cottage was clean and cozy. My husband and i came to Cotter to fish. We were very close to river fishing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing a herd of deer across the street. Highly recommend."
