"Almost every thing was broken, we switched rooms bc of a blood stain in the king room and the door wouldn’t lock. The main tv didn’t work but that wasn’t a big problem for us."

"Great staff and nice and quiet. Had everything needed except there were storage bowl lids but no storage bowls lol. The only issue was the door didn’t close all the way unless you kind of lifted it and pulled it shut so it could be easy to leave your room door ajar if you weren’t careful. Otherwise, this was my second time staying and will definitely stay again. "

"When I made the reservation it stated it was the last room. The customer service was great. The room was not good. The shower faucet was dripping hitting the side of the tub and I didn't know the floor was wet and I slid and almost fell but was able to regain my balance. I went to the front desk and said keep the curtain in the tub and they would have it fixed after I left. The tub in room 301 where I stayed had a two tone color that made it look dirty. I believe they tried to reglaze it. They...

"The knob for the shower came off. There was hair in the shower. There were bugs near the bed and window."

"Everything was very clean. The recently renovated room was very nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating especially at breakfast time. I enjoyed the breakfast. i would recommend this to anyone staying in Dahlgren-king area."

"The AC unit has a hole so the heat from the outside comes inside, so the room will never be cold the first night I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was roaches so they transferred me to a new room and in that room before I even got to settle in there was bed bugs on the towels in the bathroom just crawling and the bedsheets are all stained. It’s just the worst place to stay so I suggest you guys don’t spend your money, not worth it better to spend a little more."

"Heater did not work. It kept blowing cold air. They wouldn’t call maintenance to look at it. I was cold all night. Toilet had hardwater stains that looked unsightly and unhygienic "

"Breakfast was free and tasty. Staff was friendly. There is parking for 10.00 a day but it is limited. Nice room. Had a pool and gym but did not use either. The hotel is close to Franconia station to hop on the Metro. Very convenient."
