"I hate to be negative, but the hotel is poorly kept. I had to immediately change rooms upon arriving when I encountered a room with an unmade bed and a dirty towel across it. The smell of cigarette smoke filled the hall. Some members of staff were poorly and unprofessionally dressed. It was a pretty awful experience."

"I saw that this hotel had just an okay review when I booked it, so I thought it would be fine, but it IS NOT. We had to move rooms twice because of different things not working, and we ended up having broken things still and having to live with them. From ants to plugged shower drains to losing power twice, never having our room cleaned, no hot water and even more! I am leaving this review as a WARNING. If you are just staying a night or two it will be alright, but if you stay any longer like we...

"The view and area of the hotel are not bad. We ate at Jacos across the street the first night and it was great! The beds were HORRIBLE! Felt every spring. They made so much noise just rolling over at night, it would wake us up. We were there for work/pleasure but would not use this hotel again. Staff was friendly but hotel needs maintenance to come through. It was not worth the money we spent."

"The property was very clean, lots of choices for food and the casino. There was only 1 person checking in which seemed crazy for the size hotel. Some of the male staff who were monitoring the elevators didn’t earn any stars for their personality or efforts. The room was large and roomy with an awesome bathroom and huge window to look out. Wished there was a microwave in the room. There was a safe and mini fridge. No door hangers so we couldn’t leave a do not disturb hanger on the door....
