"Although the elevator is not working, this Comfort Inn operates like a five star hotel. The property is attractive including the lobby and breakfast room. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The linens are clean and fresh. The flat-screen is large 50". Th e refrigerator and microwave are new. I enjoyed the pool, and my rate was fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful 5 night stay."

"Check in/out was super quick. They had a large variety of foods for breakfast and it was quite clean everywhere."

"My stay at the Sleep Inn was great. The staff there was nice, as they always are. That was about my fifth time staying there. Anytime that I travel to the Buffalo area, the Sleep Inn in Amhearst is my choice place to stay. I always have a great time while I'm there. Loren is one of the staff there and he is always welcoming to me, and I'm sure to other visitors also."

"Very convenient hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. Not fancy, but the areas were very clean. In my room, the two beds were comfortable, the sheets were good and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was good, and they have coffee and tea in the lobby. They have a small convenience store at the front desk to buy some essentials and snacks. There's a 24-hour Speedway right outside in the parking where you can get pizza, snacks, sandwiches...

"5-Star Review: A Wonderful Stay Near Niagara Falls and Buffalo! My family and I stayed at this Quality Inn during our trip to Niagara Falls, and we were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is conveniently located—about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls and just 9 minutes from downtown Buffalo and the Canal Area. While my sister stayed at another Quality Inn closer to the Falls, I can honestly say I'm glad we chose this one. The conditions at this hotel were excellent. The pool was great,...

"I really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very nice and the breakfast was good each morning."

"Kindness and customer service throughout our stay. Excellent free shuttle service (kudos to our driver - a Russian gentleman who has just recently started with Wyndham). Valet was excellent - breakfast fresh. No complaints! "

"My family and I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting Niagara Falls State Park. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great for us. The included breakfast buffet was perfect, offering lots of hot and cold options so that everyone was happy. The gentleman that managed the breakfast area was friendly and made us all feel welcome."

"The only downside we experienced was the pool was cloudy and it didn’t appear to be heated. However, the room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable and HUGE! The room had a microwave and very nice refrigerator. "
