"We stayed at this place for three very disappointing nights. It is located in a narrow alley that, in our view, was one of the least attractive areas of the city. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was presented on Expedia. The accommodations advertised online did not match what we found when we entered the room. "A great hotel, I recommend it highly. The staff were really helpful to me, especially Suleyman, the front office manager. He gave me all kinds of tips, made reservations for me, and even walked me to a restaurant to make sure I could find it. There's a nice pool downstairs, along with a hammam, and a good restaurant on the top floor with big windows so you can look out at the city while you eat. The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity."

"The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for."
