The Brown Street Inn was charming, and our hostess Sue was wonderful. Breakfasts were amazing both days we were there, and Sue is a wonderful hostess who made our stay extra special. My wife and I were there with my oldest friend and his partner, and we all had the best time. Thanks!

Hyatt Place Iowa City Downtown
In short: All the items 10 over 10. Emplacement in the social knott of the city, garage, price, breakfast...The only inconvent is that the comfort of the beds retains you in horizontal, making almost impossible to get the fantastic breakfast. 😉

It was hard to get a hold of anyone at the front desk from our room. We called at least 4 different times and no one ever answered. Then, a few minutes later, the front desk called us, so we thought they knew we had called and were calling back. Nope. They told us we had used an invalid credit card, ...
