LIVING ROOM
Surrounded by views of the Purcell mountains and lush greenery, the common room is graced with large windows to enjoy the views and let in plenty of natural light. When the wintery nights land, enjoy the cozy vibes of the gas-lit fireplace while catching up on your latest episodes on the large Smart TV.

KITCHEN
This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals. The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for three and a dining table with seating for six.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.


PARKING
You will have access to the single-car garage and driveway during your stay. Please note that additional visitor parking spots are extremely limited, so we recommend carpooling as much as possible. Additionally, note that the parking of trailers is prohibited in the complex. If you require trailer parking, please contact us prior to booking.


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Kinsmen Beach (2 mins): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.

● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market.

● Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

● The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

HOUSE RULES:
Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules:
1. Be respectful of our neighbours.
2. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 8am
3. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00
4. There is no smoking permitted on the property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
6. Please note that the parking of trailers is prohibited in the complex. If you require trailer parking, please contact us prior to booking.

Liked that the property was walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop and lake front. And a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking was the perfect end to the day! Thanks for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the comfortable and spacious couch, where the whole family could relax. The beds were extremely comfortable and for the most part, it had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is a great space to prep home made meals but the tools & utensils could use beefing up. The unit could also use towels specifically for the hot tub. Minor suggestions for improvement for the really great off mountain retreat!

We stayed in off-season as a little get away. Super cute little townhouse style spot, perfect location as a base camp for lake days or skiing/hiking adventures. Close to town to walk in and grab a coffee and breakfast. Right near an awesome pub and distillery. Perfect if you have dogs- there’s a nice dog walking loop right by the lake. Cute decor and pretty comfy beds without a footboard (tall people rejoice!) Host communication was instant. Check in and check out was simple and didn’t include arduous cleaning. Overall would recommend! Would be perfect for a family trip or a girl’s weekend.

The property was well furnished. The kitchen had everything that you needed to prepare meals. The bbq and hot tub were nice options. The location was prime. Easy to walk anywhere and deer on the grounds were always entertaining. A question to management received a quick reply and solution. This property has everything you would need for some quiet time away, including laundry. I would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation.

The property was amazing and so close to downtown. My daughter and her friend were there for a figure skating competition and it was a 5 min walk to the arena. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our stay. The hot tub was great and the fireplace was so cozy. The garage was very small and unfortunately did not fit either of the vehicles, I was able to park in the driveway and the other vehicle just had to be parked along the fence. I highly recommend this place and if I ever come back for a competition I would not hesitate to stay here again.
