- Utility/Shopping Wagon: There is a utility/shopping wagon available for use from our parking stall to help you move your luggage, transport your beach gear, etc.
- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although dogs (sorry, no cats) are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

This place is amazing!! The pool and beach were a huge hit. Everything you could need and more. Very beautifully decorated and comfortable beds!! Will definitely be back!

My family has found it difficult over the years to "fit" comfortably in a hotel for a reasonble price. This unit had us covered perfectly in terms of beds, and also provided the flexibility of making meals within a fully stocked kitchen. On top of that, there were amenities included that were quite nice - a hot tub and pool, multiple tvs and a good range of board games.

The location was ideal with proximity to the beach area and Windermere Lake. The condo was a 10-minute walk from downtown. The condo was spacious, very well-equipped, and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub in the common area were a nice feature but it was busy for mid-week in September. We were disappointed that we could not access the garage due to the remote door opener not working, as we had kayaks and bikes on our vehicle and would have preferred if they were secured overnight in the underground parking that was stipulated in the description. Also, the wet dog smell and hair in the unit were concerning. If you have issues with dogs and dander, this may not be the place for you. I only gave 3 stars for the cleanliness of the unit because the toilet in one of the bathrooms was dirty and the kitchen cupboards and appliances had quite a bit of grease on them and need to be wiped clean. For a $90 cleaning fee, I would expect it to be cleaner.

We had a seamless, enjoyable, relaxing stay. Brought our adult children and small dog. Had every necessary amenity and it all worked. The A/C kept us comfortable, the patio was relaxing and the BBQ was in great order too. Of note, we had to get an updated door code for check-in. Our message was responded to in less than 3 minutes and overall was no great issue whatsoever. I consider an excellent response and problem resolution part of a 5 star experience. Thanks, guys. See you next time we're in Invermere!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We appreciated the many extras like condiments and kids games. The only issue we had was the room code did not work when we arrived. This was resolved with a phone call to the agent. We highly recommend this property.

Check in was easy and communication was excellent. The hosts went above and beyond to assist us with a last minute booking. The place was clean with a well stocked kitchen, including spices and condiments. Lots of njce touches like throw blankets and family games to make you stay enjoyable. We would stay here again. Thank you!
