Living Room:
Large windows let in all the natural light you could wish for, with views of the Purcell Mountains. Turn on the gas fireplace and watch the sun slowly set over top of the mountains. Or cozy up and watch a movie on the large 55” Smart TV. Step outside to spend your time on the sizeable second-story deck for family meals or to sit, have a drink and take in your surroundings.

Kitchen:
This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals! The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for four.
Comes with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
– Full set of Knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Insta-Pot, Kettle

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, walk-in closet, private balcony overlooking Lake Windermere, ensuite with double sinks and stand-up glass shower.

Additional Sleeping: The downstairs sofa pulls out into a Queen bed

Downstairs:
You’ll find a large, comfortable living area/recreation room on the bottom floor. Walk out to the ground-level patio from the downstairs living room to enjoy the private hot tub. With its large sectional, 75” Smart TV, and shuffleboard table, the downstairs living area will ensure everyone in your group stays entertained.

Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.


Parking
You will have access to the garage and driveway during your stay. Please note that visitor parking spaces are extremely limited in this area, and we recommend carpooling to best accommodate your group. Additionally, note that the parking of trailers is prohibited in the complex. If you require trailer parking, please contact us prior to booking.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text or the tablet provided on the property if you need us for any reason.

Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveler.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Kinsmen Beach (2 mins): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.

● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s market.

● Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

● The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
3. Pets allowed under 50 lbs.
4. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a fee for odour removal.
5. We ask that you please respect the neighbours as they are great people.
6. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
7. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery with a $30.00 fee.
8. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours after. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub that you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more then 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00

Second stay

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful. Perfect location for quick walks into downtown, easy to get around via car. The townhouse itself is very well equipped with everything you need, plus extras like a second living room and use of a private garage. Highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Best Accomodations with beautiful views

We loved our stay in Invermere. The townhouse had everything we could need and amazing layout with great spaces beautifully decorated. We felt right at home with a little luxury sprinkled in. The place was spotless with amazing beds and linens and everything we could use in the kitchen. Lots of bathrooms / beds and spaces made out it easy when our kids came to visit for a few days.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at this location. As before the property was exceptionally clean, one of the best stocked kitchens in the many places we’ve stayed. Walking distance to all of Invermere. Our family of four will be back again.

We were here to visit our son who is playing Junior Hockey here. Beautiful place. Excellent location for walking around to restaurants, the arena, shopping, etc The condo is beautiful with everything needed in a home. We are already booked to return!

All we expected!

Our overall impression is that it met our expectations which are always high. The unit was well located , fully equipped with all needs met, beds very comfortable, furniture comfortable and clean. Issues reported were interior door handle defective and entry runner/carpet was not clean. Overall great facility!

A Peaceful Place

Home away from home

We were delighted with our stay at this property. Proximity to downtown, the beach area, and the Legacy Trail was excellent. The home was very well appointed from a furnishing and kitchen supplies perspective (although we chose not to cook😊). The two balconies and patio with hot-tub were well utilized! It was also great to watch the wildlife come up from the ravine and provided a great vantage point to watch the storm activity over the mountains. Having access to the garage for storing our bikes was also a great advantage. Definitely would stay here again and will recommend to others.

Well located and well equipped.

Stayed here for a golf trip in May. Was well located for courses in the area. Condo had everything we needed. Minor issue at check-in, the door code was wrong. When I called they answered and resolved the issue immediately. Highly recommend.

Overall good experience during our stay. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this condo complex. Only knock is there are no hot tub towels provided. Otherwise we had a good time.

Perfect Rental

Great accommodation- exceedingly comfortable, very impressed with heating didn't require any adjustment at all, the best stocked kitchenwe ever rented.. high quality & dinnerware, pans & cutlery - everything you needed & lots of it. Loved being able to use the Nespresso, just like at home. Highly recommend this rental - outstanding, we've rented for >20yrs & the management response to minor issue was immediate.

Invermere Vacation

We had a great stay here. The place was clean, well stocked and immaculately maintained. There was pleanty of room for the kids to hang out when the weather didn’t cooperate, and all the amenities were within walking distance. We would highly reccomend.

Perfect Invermere Location

New build that is a block from the beach and a block from downtown. Does not get any better for location. The area is a under construction but still quiet. The drawback is the outside spaces were quite dusty. This will be a non issue once landscaping is completed. Nice place and well equipped.
